What is Annexation?

Annexation is the process of bringing unincorporated (Lancaster County) property into the limits of the Town of Van Wyck.

Is my property eligible to be annexed into the town limits?

The property must be contiguous to existing town limits. This means the subject property must be adjacent to a property already within the Town of Van Wyck and share a continuous border with it. Also, 100% of the owners of the property must agree to the annexation. 

How do I annex my property into The Town of Van Wyck?
