The Town of Van Wyck provides the use of the Community Center to residents, local non-profit organizations and non-residents.
Proof of residency within Town limits is required to get the residential rate. You can check if your property is listed on the Town Zoning Map here.

Once your application has been approved, you will receive an invoice for the required deposit via email. Once your deposit is received, your event will be reserved.
Residents: Free 6 hour rental
$25 each additional hour
Refundable Security Deposit $100
Non-Residents: $500 for a 6 hour rental
$50 each additional hour
Refundable Security Deposit $300
Please note: There are 37 parking spots and no overflow parking available.

ALL RENTERS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE INSURANCE.
The Town requires any individual, group, or entity sponsoring or hosting any event in the Center to provide the Town with a certificate of general liability insurance naming the Town of Van Wyck and its officials, employees, and volunteers as additional insureds. The minimum policy limits for such insurance shall be $1,000,000.
If you don't have general liability insurance of your own, you would need to purchase a GatherGuard policy. Details are attached. Venue code is 0501-593.
